Originally 13 Pembrey Road, this home was built before started construction in 1906 by order for David Grafly, a pharmacist. George O. Rehfus was the architect, and in August of 1906, he awarded W.E. Wrightley the contract for its construction.

The Cranes lived in the home at least until 1965, which was the time that Cynthia married. The Crocetti family lived in the home at least from 1968 to 1987, when it was sold to the Chagas for $132,000. They then sold the home in 2021 for $630,000.
